Tipoff Tipoff
Our story

The agents your org can actually trust.

The AI industry shipped autonomy without accountability. We started Tipoff so you don't have to choose between the two.

The autonomy of agents, the accountability your org requires.

The AI industry has shipped a lot of autonomy, and very little accountability. Most platforms ship one-off agents you call from your app. They don't carry org context, they don't have a manager, and they leave no record of how they reached a decision.

We started Tipoff to deliver both. Long-lived AI teammates with a role, a manager, and a place in the org chart. They self-orchestrate with specialists for end-to-end work. Every action they take resolves through a permission stack that IT and Security can reason about. Autonomy is the point. Accountability is what makes it safe to turn on.

What we believe

Four principles that shape everything we build.

Autonomous and accountable

Agents do the work on their own, and every action they take resolves through a permission stack your IT and Security teams can reason about.

Teammates, not tools

Agents get a role, a manager, and a place in the org chart. They self-orchestrate with specialists for end-to-end work, not one-shot tasks.

Build, don't code

Anyone who knows the work can build the agent that does it. No code, fully managed, running in an afternoon.

Managed end to end

Tipoff runs the infrastructure so you don't have to. No platform team, no agent ops, no servers to babysit. You focus on the work.

Built by people who know the work.

Tipoff was founded by Rick Holtz and Matt Goforth. Together, 30+ years of technology leadership across insurance, healthcare, and security.

We've spent careers building software that people had to trust with real work. Tipoff is built on that same foundation. Autonomy you can verify, with controls that scale as the work gets bigger.
