These Website Terms of Use (these “Website Terms”) govern your use of the websites operated by 2primes Inc, a Georgia corporation (“2primes,” “we,” or “us”), including tipoff.io and its subpages (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Website Terms.

Use of the Tipoff platform and related services is governed by the Tipoff Business Terms — accepted through the platform or incorporated into an order form — or by a signed agreement between your organization and 2primes, not by these Website Terms. The current Business Terms are available at https://tipoff.io/business-terms. Our Privacy Policy (https://tipoff.io/privacy) describes how we handle information collected on the Site.

2. Site Content and Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, design, and software — are owned by 2primes or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, revocable license to view and use the Site for your personal or internal business purposes. Nothing on the Site grants you any right to use 2primes’ trademarks, logos, or brand elements without our prior written consent.

3. Acceptable Use of the Site

You will not: use the Site in violation of applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its related systems; interfere with or disrupt the Site; scrape, harvest, or collect content or data from the Site by automated means without our prior written consent; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

6. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability

We may update these Website Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Website Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Atlanta, Georgia.
